Lovely one-bed flat, Neukölln,

I am looking to sublet my lovely 1-bed flat in a Neukölln Altbau, 10 mins from S+U Bahn Hermannstrasse (15 mins to Alex) from 26 June, short to long-term. The flat is about 38 sq m. in total and recently renovated, with wooden floorboards in the bed/living room and tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is large enough to be a breakfast room. There is also a reasonably-sized toilet/shower room. The flat is in the Hinterhof, so quiet, but with plenty of light, as the Hof is large. Cosy in winter.

The flat comes simply furnished (by me). There's an oven with four hotplates, a large fridge-freezer, and sink/cupboard, shelf, and a smallish kitchen table in the kitchen and some basic things to cook with. In the bed/living room there is a double bed, a large handmade desk with sawhorse legs, a couple of shelf units.

YOU WILL NEED:

700 cash deposit + first month's rent - I can be flexible if you want to take the place for short term only. Min one month, but prefer longer.

bars springing up daily
increidibly fast-moving area of Berlin - changes daily - increasingly young and happening. Great energy.
Körnerpark and associated Kiez is very beautiful.
And this area is still cheap. I love it.

Really, everything you could need. This is a great area for Urban exploring!!! Magical mysterious area. Amazing views of Tempelhof just around the corner.
