Ihr seit gerade in Berlin angekommen oder sucht etwas für einen Kurzaufenthalt??
Da ich für 2 Monate nach Asien gehe vermiete ich in der Zeit meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in bester Kiezlage. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen U-bhf Leinestr. und S- bzw. U-bhf Hermmanstr., so dass ihr sowohl die Ringbahn als auch die U8 (nach Kreuzberg, Alexanderplatz, etc.) in 10 Minuten Fußweg erreichen könnt. Es gibt Supermärkte und Gemüsehändler in direkter Umgebung und zum Tempelhofer Feld sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Zimmer, einer großen Wohnküche und einem Bad mit Dusche. Sie ist komplett möbliert und Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche sind auch genügend vorhanden. Es gibt TV, Telefon (Festnetz) und natürlich W-Lan Flatrate mit einer 16 Mb Leitung.

Bei Interesse einfach eine e-mail schicken. Der Tag der An- bzw. Abreise kann, bei Bedarf auch noch abgesprochen werden.

You searching for a flat in one the most attractive and creative areas of Berlin??
I´m going for 2 Months to Asia and I let my Flat for this time. The Flat consists of one big room, a big and comfortable kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It´s pretty central because it´s near to the circle line and to the underground which takes you in 10 minutes to Kreuzberg and in 20 minutes to the Alexanderplatz. The sorrounding area has lots of supermarkets, grocery stores and small galleries and is only 5 Minutes away from the so called "Tempelhofer Field" which is a former airport that has now changed in a public park. Included are also television and a Internet Flatrate with Wi-Fi.
