Miete- und Kautionspreise sind ca. Angaben, die ich von der Hausverwaltung erfahren habe. In der Warmmiete sind außerdem Heizung und Wasser enthalten. Strom beträgt ca. 30 €.

I'm looking for a new tenant for a beautiful, sweet 1-room-apartment in Schillerkiez, Neukölln.

The apartment is 34,61 square-meter big and has a 20 sq-meter big living room. Also a kitchen, and seperated bathroom. It is completely renovated 1,5 years ago and has also a little balcony.

Rent and deposit are cirka information, because I got them from the landlord. The rent is inclusive of heating and water. Electricity is about 30,- Euros.
