As I’m currently living overseas, I am looking for a great, mindful person to sublet my quirky one-bedroom apartment in Berlin Neukoelln from the 15th of March until the 15th of July (extended stay negotiable).
The apartment has been completely renovated before I moved in last year, and offers a modern, freshly tiled bathroom with shower over bath and washing machine, there are polished floorboards throughout, beautiful high ceilings, a spacious bed/living room, hallway as well as a cozy kitchen with all the cooking utensils you may need.
There is a storage room in the cellar where you can leave extra stuff if required.
The house also has a lockable storage room for bikes.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the rear building of Niemetzstraße 16, and is conveniently positioned for all your public transport needs: around the corner from Ringbahn Sonnenallee, and a 5 – 10 minute walk to subway stations U7 Neukoelln or U7 Karl-Marx Straße, and the M41 bus takes you all the way to the main train station.
Just a two minutes walk away you find a nice coffee shop and just a stones throw away Edeka supermarket. For the vegetarians/vegans, there are two vegan grocery stores just around the corner.
Rent is paid monthly and consists of 446 Euros base rent + bills, which comprises of electricity (60 Euros) and Internet WiFi with unlimited data(30 Euros) summing up to 536 Euros.
One month bond payed up front is required.
