A lovely flat in a fantastic location.

A once in a lifetime offer. Basically I am moving out to my new place on the 1st of Feb but my contract is until March, so that gives one month that I have two places but only need one. I offer the room patially furnished, fridge and washing, machine, bed and some other stuff.
The flat is a real gem 50+ meters of living space, 2 large rooms both with 2 large windows, high ceilings and a wooden floor. You have a private kitchen attached to your room and there is a shared bathroom with a super cool shower. You will be 1 min walk from Bodding Str U8 or 10 mins walk to Hermanplatz U8 or U7. Near by there are ample cool bars if you want some night life or the rather nice Hasenheide park if you are looking to go out for a little nature or if you facy a winter pick nick. There is unfortunetly no internet but there are ample internet cafes in the area.
The price I am asking is way less than I actually pay so its a real deal in a primelocation at a time when rents are high. *Suitable for more than one person if you are willing to pay a little extra.
