Schöne und helle 1Zimmerwohnung am Hermannplatz

Ich vermiete meine schöne und sehr helle Einzimmerwohnung vom 07. bis zum 12. Oktober. Schlafzimmer und Flur sind mit Dielenboden, Küche und Bad haben Fliesen. 
Obwohl die Wohnung mitten im Szenekiez liegt, ist sie sehr ruhig, da zum Hinterhof hinaus, mit Blick auf ein altes Fabrikgebäude, dessen Lofts in Ateliers umgebaut worden sind – und den Himmel, da fast ganz oben im 3. Stock gelegen. 
Wer die Gegend nicht kennt, wird sich freuen: Nach ein paar Gehminuten erreicht man sowohl die U-Bahnstationen Schönleinstraße und Hermannplatz sowie den Kanal, den türkischen Markt am Wasser, und die vielleicht schönsten Cafés, Restaurants, Bäckereien und Bars, die Berlin derzeit zu bieten hat.

I'm renting out my apartment in the period from 07  to 12 October. It is brightly lit, has wooden floors and is located in the most exciting area of Berlin – yet it is quiet as you're looking out to the beautiful courtyard and a nice old factory building that has been turned into ateliers. And since the apartment is on the 3rd floor you also have a view of the sky whenever the big city feels too overwhelming.
Metro stations Hermannplatz and Schönleinstraße are both only a few minutes to walk as well as the canal, the Turkish market and maybe some of the best cafés, bars, restaurant and bakeries in town.
