We are a couple, German and Danish, both 30. Currently we live and work in Copenhagen which is why we want to rent out / share our apartment in Berlin. We are using the flat max. one weekend (2-4 nights) a month. So if you are a person who is traveling or can be flexible with the special condition of being away for one weekend per month, then this offer could be something for you.

The 40 m2 apartment is fully furnished (incl. washing machine, WLAN, kitchenware, even towels and bed sheets) and is located directly at U8 (1 minute by foot) in 12049 Berlin Neukölln with best connection to Kreuzberg and Mitte.
It´s a not renovated (typical Berliner Altbau), non-smoking apartment in a quite atmosphere and costs 490€ per month incl. everything minus the weekend when we will use the apartment which will be paid by us, calculated on a daily rent.

You (unfortunately no couples) should be reliable, trustful, uncomplicated and most of all easy to communicate with!
The deposit is two monthly rents: 980€.
The flat is available from 5th of April 2016 and we are looking for someone who is interested in a long term stay.
We can unfortunately not offer you to officially register at our place.
