Hello everybody!
I am leaving my very nice studio on February 1st and I am looking for a serious new tenant to take over my long-term contract from that date on.
The flat is very cosy and calm, located on the 1st floor in the 2nd courtyard building. It is ideally located very close from Hermannplatz, Weserstrasse and the Reuterkiez.
The flat is composed of:
- one lobby with space for a clothes hanger or a commode,
- one big kitchen with a big window,
- one bathroom with window with shower and toilets
- one large living/bedroom with access to the balcony
All in very good condition, high ceiling, wooden burgundy floor and lino in the kitchen.
Great transport connections, the flat is located on the Sonnenallee, between Reuterstrasse and Hobrechstrasse, 2 minutes away from Hermannplatz. You are on a walking distance to Kreuzberg and Tempelhof, and many many transports are nearby:
- Ubahn lines: U8 (direct to Kreuzberg, Mitte & Wedding) & U7 (direct to Schöneberg)
- Buses: M41, M29, 194, 171
Big +: it only takes 35-40 minutes from the flat to go to both airports! Ideal to leave for the week-end :)
I am the current tenant and will transfer serious applications to the Hausverwaltung. Please prepare the following documents:
- SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen)
- 3 last payslips
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung of your current flat
- ID
- Employer contract
I won't take all my furniture with me in the new flat and I'm looking for a tenant who is ready to take over a few pieces of furniture: fridge, clothes hanger, kitchen kupboard, curtains, shelves, bed structure, mirror, maybe washing machine ... all estimated around 600€ (details available after the visit upon request).
