lovely furnished one room apartment (limited to 1 year)

I rent out my furnished one room apartment in a fancy area of Neukölln (next to Weserstraße) for a period of 1 year starting from 2nd of February (I'm a little flexible with the move-out date). The apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old building, has a very nice kitchen with a big window, a small bathroom with shower and a huge living room (22m²) with two large windows facing the courtyard. The apartment was renovated 9 month ago.

The kitchen is equipped with a sink, a work top, an oven, a washing machine, chairs and basic cooking equipment. The living room is furnished with a bed, a cosy chair and a cupboard (see pictures).
The rent (650€) includes all the costs (also internet and electricity) - unless you have an exorbitant heating or water consumption.
Smoking is not allowed inside the flat.

The flat is located very nicely in Neukölln. It is next to Weserstrasse, which at the moment is one of the hot spots. It's about 3 min walk to the bus stop Fuldastrasse (with direct connection -22min.- to the central station) and 6 min walking distance to Metro station Rathaus Neukölln. It's also nearby the canal.
