There are construction work in the building at the moment, they are redoing the facade so there are scaffoldings, so there are some construction noise sometimes, the scaffolding they will take off in about three weeks they said, and I got a rent reduction so rent is actually 780 until the construction work is over..

The flat is about 48 sqm, with an entrance (4sqm), bathroom with bath (4sqm) and kitchen open on the rest of the room (38sqm).

Its located in the middle of Neukolln between Hertzbergplatz and Weser Strasse.
Really nice location close to supermarkets (rewe 1min), bars and cafes (1min), canal (5min).

Closest bus station is 1min away, there you can access the M41 to go to Hermannplatz (7min) or Sonnennalle (2min). The Mood in the Area Is still very Authentic and Really animated and lively.



I am looking for someone trustworthy, respectful and quiet, no parties allowed in the flat.
