Nice flat on the canal, free for 13 days, from 21.03. till 02.04.

Hello,

I'm out of Berlin for twelve days and therefore my flat is available.

The period is from Wednesday 21.03., until Monday 02.04.
(I'm coming back on the 02.04. in the evening, so the last available night is the 01.04.)

The flat is 54 m2, NON-smoking, situated on the canal in Neukölln, at the border with Treptow, near Weichselplatz.

I am closing one room, but the rest of the flat is for you to use, which means you will have a kitchen with all you need, a bathroom with a bathtub and a living/sleeping room with a comfy double bed, sofa, armchair, table and 2 chairs, a dresser and a clothesrail, plus a nice, sunny balcony facing the quiet inner garden (on the balcony you are allowed to smoke of course ;). Bed sheets and towels will be provided.


There is also a spacious hallway where you can hang your jackets, leave your bags, shoes and so on.

Fast Wi-Fi is available, a washing machine is in the kitchen, where you also have a large frigde and a gas stove to cook your tasty meals, if you like.

The flat is on the second floor, right at the canal, 10 minutes walk from the U-Bahn station of Rathaus Neukölln and from the buses to both treptow and kreuzberg.

Many nice bars and restaurants are within a 5 minutes walk and Görlitzer Park and Treptower Park are also around the corner.

I am looking for someone for the whole period, the price for a single person is 30 euro per day,
the price for a couple is 40 euro per day.

there is a deposit of 150 euro to be returned at the end of your stay.
