1 Zimmer Wohnung zum WG-Zimmer-Umtausch / 1-room apartment to swap for room in a flatshare

Hallo! Ich biete hier eine schicke 1-Zimmer Wohnung zum Umtausch für ein WG-Zimmer in einer coolen WG da mir klar geworden ist dass das alleine Wohnen nicht für mich ist. Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert sowie das Gebäude und verfügt über ein gemeinsames Schwimmbad, ein Park mit Gazebo und Barbecue. Die Nachbarn sind nett und sehr engagiert in der Pflege des Hauses und mögen gemeinsam grillen.

Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Balkon, Staurambett und Sofa und eine hochwertige eingebaute Küche. Waschtrockner ist auch dabei.

Mein Zimmer sollte sich in Neukölln/Kreuzberg/Alt-Treptow oder Friedrichshain befinden aber ich bin offen für anderen Bezirken.

Der Vertrag wir erstmal befristet um zu gucken wie es läuft und wenn alles gut klappt können wir verlängern.

Hi! I offer here a nice one-room apartment near Hermannstraße Bahnhof in exchange for a room in a cool flatshare since I realized that living alone is not my piece of cake. The apartment was recently completely renovated and has a chic allure to it. The building disposes of a swimming pool that is shared among the neighbors and a private park with gazebo and barbecue. The neighbors are nice, take very good care of the house and like to grill together.

The apartment has a modern style and disposes of a Italian built-in kitchen with dishwasher other than a storage bed and sofa. The balcony faces east so you can have breakfast in the sun. A washer-dryer is also at disposition.

My flatshare should be in Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Alt-Treptow or Friedrichshain but I am open to other districts.

The contract would be at first limited in order to see if I get along with the flatshare (and you in your new place) and can be afterwards renewed.
