I would like to sublet my one bedroom apartment for 6 weeks. The apartment is located in typical Berlin old building, nice and tidy, quite with really nice neighbors.
It is fully furnished: double bed, desk, wardrobe and cupboards, which will be available for use.
The kitchen is also fully equipped: table, cupboards, washing machine as well as all types of cups, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. The toilette and the shower are separately.
The apartment has a balcony with a view on green. Although the apartment is located close to the main street: Hermannstraße, it is very quiete (soundproof windows). The balcony and the facade have been shortly renewed and the windows are also new.
The rent for all six weeks is 625 EUR for a person, including all running costs (Internet, gas, electricity). By two people a additional fee for running costs should be calculated.
Shorter rent is also possible.
The apartment is located in the side street, only 5 minutes walking from the entrance to Tempelhof.
It is in the center of Neukölln, surrounded by various restaurants, cafes and bars as well as small art galleries and project spaces. There are three cinemas, swimming pools in the neighborhood, walking distance.
The U8 Leinestraße is just around the corner, which goes through the whole city (Kottbusser Tor in 5 minutes, Alexanderplatz: 20 minutes, Hauptbahnhof: 30 minutes and Schönefeld: 30 minutes).
The apartment has a very artsy-flair with posters and paintings on the walls.
It is perfect for those who need a comfortable place in lively neighborhood and well connected to the other parts of the city. Highly recommended!
