Dear guests, I rent my beautiful 1-and-a-half-room flat in Neukölln over Christmas/Silvester

DESCRIPTION:
-Availability: 23.12 (11am) - 01.01.24 (4 pm)
-costs: 240€ for 10days
-Key: I give you the key when you pay (paypal/or cash/or onlinetransfer). When u leave , just leave key on the table.
-Deposit: I dont ask for deposit but a photo of your passport.
-there ll be no empty cupboard for clothes (sorry)
-you have the whole flat just for yourself
-You can use everything inside the flat
-try to water the plants every Monday
-This studio flat has one living room with couch, open , fully equipped kitchen , coffee: verschiedene bialetti Mokka Kannen (moka pots)
-no dishwasher
-open sleeping room without door, 140 cm Matress on a low bed
-the tiny mini room at the entrance is locked (private)
-No TV
- WiFi is incl. = free internet in the flat
-Balcony of the flat: often too hot or too cold/windy climate on the balcony. But u can see the sun go down, and the stars, beautiful!
- bathroom with shower and washing machine
-Windows show to the backyard & noise proof walls make it a really veeery quiet place
-towels, bedsheets etc are free to use
