- The price of 550 includes heating costs, but you will have to sign up for electricity, internet and the ARD/ZDF tax, etc.

The flat has:

- No noise from the street - it's in the last floor (5th), looking into the Hinterhaus.
- Room with work desk, sofa and cozy Queen-sized bed.
- Separated kitchen (with no door), with fridge, kitchenware, electric stove and oven.
- Bathroom with bath tube and washing machine.
