3 months sublet/Untermiete in Kreuzkölln Nov 2019 - Feb 2020

Wir möchten unsere Wohnung in der Pflügerstraße für ca. 3 Monate beginnend ab dem 1. November (hier sind wir etwas flexibel) untervermieten.

Vermietet wird eine große Essküche, ein Wohnzimmer mit großem Hochbett, ein kleines Bad ohne Wanne und einen kleinen Flur. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer (ca. 9 Quadratmeter) werden wir zur gelegentlichen Benutzung behalten, und tragen dafür auch zur Miete bei (bei dem o.g. Mietpreis schon berechnet). Die Wohnung ist komplett möbiliert und zum Einzug bereit.

Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, das Wohnzimmer liegt zur Straße (Jalousien vorhanden) und die Küche/das Bad richten sich auf den Hof.

We are looking to sublet our flat in Pflügerstraße for around 3 months beginning around the 1st of November (move-in date flexible, to be agreed)

The flat includes a large kitchen/dining room and a living room with a mezzanine for sleeping, a small bathroom (no bath) and a small hallway. There is also another tiny bedroom (around 9 m2) which we will keep for occasional use. We will make a contribution to the rent for the use of this space, this has already been deducted from the total amount shown. The flat is fully furnished and ready to be lived in.

The flat is on the ground floor with the living room facing the street, this room has shutters. The kitchen and bathroom are facing the Hof.
