Subletting my 1-bedroom apartment for 4 months whilst I am away in university dorms for studying. (Possibility to extend if I am away for longer!) Looking for a quiet single person who is happy to take care of the place and the plants whilst I am away :)
On a side street and in the hinterhof but right beside all the action and super close to Maybachufer canal and market and Schonleinstr U8. Please know that this is a quiet and peaceful building with a number of older people living in the building (and the hausmeister lives directly below), so it isn't for parties/loud music, but a place to relax and call home! You're welcome to use everything in the apartment (including my books and tea collection!) There's also my simple record player and projector that you are welcome to use too!

The location couldn't be better and is the main reason I love this flat so much. It is in the hinterhof so it is super quiet away from the busy traffic noise outside, it is really peaceful here with older neighbours on all floors and you can hear the birds singing in the morning :) Less than 1-minute walk to Schonleinstr U8 U-bahn. 100 metres from Maybachufer canal and Turkish market. Lots of cafes and bookshops and bars closeby and 1-minute walk to supermarkets such as Bio Company, 3min Edeka, Biomarkt. 5 mins to Pennys, Lidl.
***Requirements to rent the apartment are:
Copy of your passport
Letter/certificate/references from your previous landlords/subletter.
Deposit/kaution
Schufa (jetzt beantragen) would also be an advantage!
