The flat has high ceilings and authentic wooden floor in the living room. It is perfect for a single person. Animals and couples aren't allowed. It will be rented most likely without furniture.

For its location, it's fairly quiet: the windows face the inner courtyard so you only hear very little noise coming from the outside when the windows are open. The price is 650€ all included: heating, water, electricity, internet and radio tax.

I have a permanent contract for this flat, so you could stay there for more than 1 year.

I am looking for a quiet 1,5 or 2-room flat in the area: Neukölln ideally, or somewhere close to it: Tempelhof, Plänterwald, Baumschulenweg or Britz (northern part). My budget is up to 750€.
