I have an apartment for short-term sub-lease for the stated time period. Here's some information on it:
- Bedroom/living room, separate kitchen with everything you need (incl. dishwasher, air fryer, appliances), and bathroom.
- Close to U-Boddinstrasse and Tempelhofer Feld/Hasenheide Park. Nice to to escape into nature quickly.
- Close to bars, restaurants, in the heart of Neukölln
- Light smoking is fine in the kitchen
- 4th floor, no elevator
- Courtyard facing, very quiet.
- Neighbors are chill
- A short term sublease contract will be drawn up.
- Rent: March 350EUR + whole April 800EUR (this is what I pay)
- Deposit: 400 EUR
I'm looking for:
- A clean and respectful renter.
- Reliable and quick to communicate.
- No parties. It's a family building and having a good relationship with my neighbours is important to me.
- No Anmeldung available unfortunately, since it's a short term sublet.
- Already in Berlin, so we can meet and discuss the apartment.
- Able to pay deposit and rent before the beginning of the rental period.
