I am offering my UNFURNISHED 35sqm flat in beautiful Neukolln, on Sonnenallee for one month, from December 1st to January 1st 2023. The move-in date is flexible, but the move-out date is strictly January 1st.
About the flat:
The entire space is 35sqm, includes a kitchen, bathroom, and a room. A couple can also move in here! Unfortunately, I am taking most of my furniture with me so the flat would come mostly unfurnished. It is on the 5th floor with no elevator (sorry).
The location couldn't be better - it's 5 mins walking distance from U Hermannplatz, there's a lot of cute cafes, restaurants, bars, event venues and parks in the vicinity. The M29/M41/194/171/N94 buses are right under the apartment building.
For the Kaltmiete - I put the Warmmiete!
Just a PSA: I will need a month's rent deposit which you would get back as soon as you leave the flat.
I'm looking for calm and tidy individuals to take over my old home. Please don't hesitate to contact me with a couple sentences about yourself and when you can come by for a viewing!
