Gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung 2 Wochen zur Zwischenmiete / Cozy 1 bedroom apartment sublet for 2 weeks

Voll möblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Küche und renoviertem Bad für 2 Wochen zur Zwischenmiete. Das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus, es ist nachts super ruhig, aber auch tagsüber gibt es wenig Lärm. Es gibt ein großes 1,60 m breites Bett. Außerdem ein kleines Sofa und einen Schreibtisch. Das Zimmer ist gut beheizbar.

Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht und ist gut mit Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Tisch, der für drei Personen Platz bietet. Das Bad hat eine große Dusche, es gibt außerdem eine Waschmaschine, die gerne benutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung hat einen großen überdachten Balkon, auf dem die Wäsche getrocknet werden kann oder geraucht werden kann. Indoor darf nicht geraucht werden. Es gibt natürlich WLAN.

Ich bin für zwei Wochen im Urlaub und suche eine nette, ruhige und aufgeräumte FLINTA (Frauen, Lesben, Inter*, Non-binary, Trans*) Person, die in der Zeit zur Zwischenmiete wohnt. Keine cis-Männer. Ich kann gerne ein Fach im Kleiderschrank ausräumen und räume natürliche auch den Schreibtisch frei, den Rest meiner Sachen lasse ich aber in der Wohnung. Es gibt ein paar unkomplizierte Pflanzen, die versorgt werden sollen. Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen hellhörig und nicht für Personen geeignet, die nachts Gäste mit lauter Musik hosten wollen oder nach 22 Uhr im Zimmer noch ultra laut sind. Die Küche ist weniger hellhörig.

Fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location with nice kitchen and renovated bathroom for 2 weeks to sublet. The living room and bedroom faces the backyard, it is super quiet at night, but also during the day there is little noise. There is a big 1,60 m wide bed. Also a small sofa and a desk. The rooms can be heated well.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and is well equipped with cooking utensils. There is a table that can seat three people. The bathroom has a large shower, there is also a washing machine which you are welcome to use. The apartment has a large covered balcony where you can dry your laundry. There is of course wifi.

I am on vacation for three weeks and looking for a nice, quiet and tidy FLINTA (female, lesbian, inter*, non-binary, trans*) person to sublet. No cis-men. I am happy to clear out a compartment in the closet, but will leave the rest of my stuff in the apartment. There are a few low maintance plants that need to be taken care of. The apartment is a not suitable for people who want to host a lot of guests with loud music at night, or who are very loud in the living room/bed room after 10pm because the walls are quite thin and I have sensitive neighbours with whom I also want to have a good relationship with after you left.
