I'm subletting my student apartment because I moved out in May and the contract runs until the 01.09. I had a subtenant for two months but he decided to move out. I found someone to take over but she bailed last minute. I'm therefore looking for someone who can provide the papers quickly (please attach what you have in your message to me) and who can sign the contract quickly as well. My previous subtenant can arrange a viewing with you asap.
I'm responsible for the sublet but your contract will be signed with my subtenant who has lived there for these past two months. I'm in Norway so it would be ideal if you have understanding for the outsourcing of this task. We can have a phone call if you have any questions but I prefer email in general.
The rental company has to approve your tenancy and you therefore have to have proof of employment or student certificate.
