Quiet 1,5 room flat

I sub-rent my quiet 1,5 room flat for 3 and half months with high possibility to extend long term afterwards.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PERSON:
I look for a person woman or man that will take care of my flat while away. I look for someone that is quiet and clean and willing to water my plants once a week. A person that has job and proof of finance.

DESCRIPTION OF SURROUNDINGS

I live in Pankow , 5' walking form the S+U bahn and Tram+Bus station, the place is very well connected in terms of public transportation (15' Mitte, 5' Prenzlauerberg, 20' friedrichshain etc).
My flat is at ground floor and has a private entrance is in a very quite area and neighbours are also quite.
The window of the bedroom are facing the garden,
The Flat is very cool in summer, you will not suffer heat and no need of a fan (i never wrote this before but yes the weather changed in Berlin as well and now summers are very hot here as well).

There are many grocery stores around like: Edeka, Penny and LIDL, DM and an Asia Markt (5' by foot) and Rathaus center shopping mol two Tram stops away where you can find also Bio Company.

A beautiful big park at 15' walking distance good for relax pick nick and jogging.

PAYMENTS
In the past years i have experienced issue in renting my space, I had problems with people not paying or in the middle of the rent period bargain the price. I ask proof of finance pls if you do not have a salary to show do not answer this post.
