It's a 1 room-appartment (round about 34 m2) with a kitchen, a
bathroom (shower & toilet) and a small entrance hall.

The appartment is based in the center of Prenzlauer Berg, which is one
of the most popular areas for young people in Berlin. Artists,
Musicans, Actors, Designers and modern families do live here.

You can reach everything from here, there's a tram- and a
subway-station right around the corner (1 minute) or just walk to
Hackescher Markt or the Alexanderplatz.

Right in front of the appartment there are many street cafés,
musichalls, clubs, galleries, nice restaurants and other cultural
stuff (within 2 minutes walking distance).

The bed is big enough for two people. Also included: washing-maschine,
cooker, tv, radio, dvd, fridge and a nice flair.

It's an appartment for young people. Come here and be a native
Berliner. It's a backyard-house, a little avantgarde, just nice living
here. Look outside the window and everything is green, even though
you're in the center of Berlin. It's sunny (highest floor) and quite.

It's a safe neighbourhood.
