Very central and nice flat for rent, November 8 - December 11

I am renting out my 1 bedroom apartment at the heart of Berlin since I will be away on travels for a month. The flat is located right next to Kastanien Allee, with lots of bars, cafes and shops, the famous Mauer Park with Sunday market and the Kulturbrauerai. It is extremely well connected with 2 tram lines right next to it and it's about ten minutes away by transit to Mitte (city centre) and Alexanderplatz. Grocery stores (one open until midnight and one 24 hours), banks, really nice cafes and restaurants are all literally several steps from the door. It's an absolutely amazing location.

About the flat - it's small (38 square meters), in a newly renovated building. It's quite sunny, but located in the inner yard, so, you won't get any of the traffic noise. It's fully equipped, with a small kitchen (stove, dishwasher, microwave, all necessary dishes, cutlery, pots, well-stocked spice cabinet etc.), a bathroom with shower, bedroom with a closet, a wardrobe and a queen-sized bed and a pantry with a washing machine (detergent included) so that you can do your laundry. The sunny living room has a large L-shaped sofa. Linens and towels will be provided. The flat has high-speed wireless internet and also a laptop available for your use.

The flat is ideal for pairs, up to 3 people (I can provide an extra mattress, if necessary), or for single visitors who would like some privacy instead of staying at a hotel or a hostel. The flat is available from November 9 to December 12. The price is 210 Euros / week or 650 Euros for the whole time. Longer stays will be preferred.
