Lovely, simple flat about 200 meters from Helmholzplatz. Starting immediately, I'd like to sublet my flat for a minimum of six months (and probably more). The flat is on the fourth floor with a South-east facing window and has a ton of light, with a big beautiful tree outside. Neighborhood is terrific with lots of great cafes and little restaurants, fantastic English bookstore, and a few different grocery stores right nearby. The Mauerpark fleamarket is about five minutes by bike. Great access to S/Ubahn/tram lines.
We could arrange that I leave the fridge and washing machine for a while at least + maybe a table or two and some dishes. Effectively, I'll be clearing out my stuff and my bed. Basically, all you'll need is a bed.
Looking for a nice, uncomplicated person to look after my beloved space. Ring or write for more info. (Ja, ich kann auch Deutsch...)
P.S never mind all the instruments in the picture. That's the only photo I have at the moment.... it's all coming with me ;-)
