The back courtyard is full of sunlight, has more community gardens and a fire pit, especially nice in the winter time. 

The neighborhood is full of supermarkets 2-5 minutes away by foot. Late night cornershop around the corner as well. A sportsfield with very nice track and multiple fields. For bars and shopping go to Pappelallee for a relaxed walk or Schönhauser Allee for anything else you could possibly need. The famous Mauerpark is only five minutes away by bike.
