Nice furnished 1-room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg

I am subletting my 42m2 1-room apartment starting on the 10th of February for 6-7 months (with possible further extension)
It is fully furnished with a desk, sofa couch that turns into a guest bed, dining table, chairs, washing machine, etc. etc. The bed is this sleeping cot up a few stairs. The kitchen also has all you need (stove/oven, microwave, water boiler, pots and pans...) and the bathroom has a comfortable shower/bathtub.

The area, Prenzlauer Berg, is really nice with many cute cafes, boutiques, parks, restaurants, and grocery shops. Tram M2 which takes you to Alexanderplatz is just 1 minute walk away and the S-Bahn station Prenzlauer Allee is also reachable in 3-5 minutes. The closest U Bahn station is Eberswalder which should be about a 7 minute walk away.

The rent is 650 Euro including everything (rent, electricity, heating, water, "television tax"/ZDF-Gebühr etc). The only thing this apartment doesn't have included is internet, but if this is important to you then I think it may be possible to arrange with one of the neighbours to use theirs for a small fee. However, pretty much all the cafés nearby have free internet and I've not missed it since I've lived here..
