Leaving Beautiful Prenzlauerberg Neighborhood and Flat

This flat is LITERALLY a steal! Beautiful 1 room flat in Prenzlauerberg, right around the corner from Volkspark Friedrichsain. Great neighborhood. Only 2 minute walk away from the 200 bus and Rewe grocery store, and about 7 minutes away from the m4 tram to Alexanderplatz.

The flat is 488 cold. The total cost for utilities include, heating, electricity, and internet.

I say it's short term, because I already have a new flat that I need to move into by October 1st, however, my contract doesn't technically end until sometime in November. After that point, any interested candidates who wish to stay longer, will have to send an application to the landlord (which I can provide via email), as well as the following additional documents:

-Schufa (jetzt beantragen)
-Income statement for the last 3 months
-Copy of passport
-Mietschuldenfreitsbescheinigung (a letter from your current landlord standing there are no outstanding costs)

Lastly, I was originally going to take the furniture with me, but if you decide to make it short term, it would make more sense (for your convenience) to leave it, therefore, I will be selling it. Prices can be discussed at appointments.
