Hello eveyrone!
I am renting my apartment for 12 days as I will be on holidays for that period. The apartment is one room studio with a separate kitchen room and a bathroom.
The apartment consists of a bed, a wardrobe, two couches that one of them becomes a guest bed, a bookshelf, a dining table a coffee table, TV furniture etc.
As to electric appliances it has a washing machine, two stereo systems, fridge, kitchen, cooking appliances and of course cutlery.
Towels, duvet covers and sheets are also provided.
The deposit is small because if anything will be damaged, it'll be already too expensive to replace so the process of choosing someone will be based mostly on responsibility.
The apartment is placed at a really good location with S-bahn and the M4 tram right around the corner. Aldi and Kaisers are within 2 minutes walking distance and Rewe, DM, etc are within 5 minutes.
Pets are welcome!
