I am traveling and letting out my wonderful flat.
My return date is open, so the flat is available at first for 3 months, and potentially renewable many more months.
I am looking for someone who, ideally, is flexible to extend as I extend my stay.
Spacious, luminous flat. 35m2. Sunny balcony. Quiet. 4th floor facing the inner courtyard south

- Fast Wifi (100Mbps)
- Modern bathroom
Comfortable for winter: yoga mat, meditation cushions, blender, masticating juicer, Instant pot cooker, large monitor, electric standing desk, near-infrared therapy, and more.
All services (elec etc) are is included in the rent. Looking for someone who is mindful and conscious with energy/water for our planet.

Completely renovated.
This is a vibrant, clean and safe area of Berlin.
Prime location in Prenzlauer-Berg.
There are shops and many restaurant in the area with still some affordable meals (5-6 eur ).
The street and the flat are quiet (inner courtyard, not street).
Very good connection to transport. Only 3 min walk to S+U Schönhauser Allee ( Sbahn, Ubahn and Tram!), to get quickly to anywhere in Berlin and airports.
The famous Mauer Park is a few minutes walk, with its live music and flee market.
There are several supermarkets nearby (REWE, Netto, Aldi, Biocompany, Edeka), many shops, yoga studios etc.
IMHO it doesn't get much better in Berlin 😃
I am looking for a responsible person who will be able to make this an easy and no-hassle exchange, so I can go on holidays with peace of mind.
I would kindly ask you to leave the flat cleaned.
This is also why the price is lower than on Air'bnb.
We will make a small contract for everyone's safety.
