Hello,
I am renting out my furnished, newly renovated flat in Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment is available from the 4th of September until the 9th of October. Short term only! Dates are slightly flexible.
***Rent for the 5 weeks is 850 euro. It is possible to rent just the bedroom without the living room for 750 euro. Please let me know which option you would like. Kaution is 500 eur for the first option and 450 for the second***
The apartment is around 65 m2 with a spacious bedroom that measures around 15 sqm with a street-facing window, a full-size bed, a small rattan sofa, and lots of storage space for clothing or other items. The living room is about 25 m2 with a comfy sofa,tv, desk and dining table.The bathroom features both a bathtub and shower, as well as a washing machine. The large kitchen has a table and a sofa and is fully equipped to fit all of your cooking needs.
The apartment also has a lot of nice plants that would need to be watered once a week.
The flat is located on the 4th floor, with a nice view of the courtyard that can be seen from the kitchen and bathroom window. There is no one living above. Trams 4, 2, 12, and 13 all within walking distance. The ringbahn (Prenzlauer Alle or Greifswalder) is 10-15 min walking depending on which station you go to. There is an Edeka, Aldi, Rewe, DM, and Mediamarkt all within a few minutes walking.
