Der Wohnraum
Das Studio-Apartment verfügt über ein gemütliches Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen 1,60m breitem Doppelbett, und einem Sitzbereich mit einer Schlafcouch und einem Couchtisch. Die Schlafcouch verwandelt sich in ein Bett mit einer Liegefläche von 1,92 x 1,2m.

Selbstverständlich verfügt die Wohnung über kostenloses W-LAN.

Strom und Heizung sind ebenfalls im Mietpreis inbegriffen.

Die großen Fenster die zur Straße raus blicken sind mit schall-isolierender Dreifachverglasung und elektrischen Außenjalousien ausgestattet, so dass man die Wohnung gut abdunkeln kann.

Die Wohnküche ist ausgestattet mit zwei Cerankochfeldern, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Espressokocher, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Im Küchenbereich ist ein Bartisch mit drei Stühlen wo ihr gemütlich frühstücken könnt.
In der Küche befinden sich außerdem Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, Tee und Zucker.

Ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und Fön.

Zum Haus gehört außerdem ein sonniger Gemeinschaftsgarten mit einer Bank, einem Gingko, einer Birke und einem Fliederbaum der im Frühling wunderschön duftet.

Die modern eingerichtete 1-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich in einem typischen Berliner Altbau. Sie ist im Erdgeschoss und durch einen eigenen Eingang direkt von der Straße ohne Treppensteigen zu erreichen. Die schallisolierenden 3-fachverglasten Fenster wurden kürzlich erneuert.

In liebevoller Arbeit haben wir das ehemalige Reisebüro zu einem Studio-Apartment umgebaut.

Centrally located studio perfect for couples and people who are looking for an authentic Berlin experience in one of Berlin's most popular neighborhoods.
Free public parking is available in front of the house. The train and tram station and two supermarkets are only 200m away.

The price is including internet, electricity, water and heating.

The space
The main living area has double bed (160x200), a stylish couch that can be converted into a single bed (120x192), and a wardrobe.

The big windows overlooking the street are equipped with electric shutters that you can close during the night in order to make the room nice and dark.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, including an oven and hub, a toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a bar with 3 bar stools where you can sit comfortably and enjoy your breakfast.
There is tea, coffee, salt and sugar.

The apartment does not have a TV, that's why we recommand bringing a laptop. We are happy to share our Netflix account.

The bathroom is newly furnished and has a walk in shower, sink, towel heater and a hair dryer.

The aparment is located on the ground floor and has been lovingly rennovated and converted from a former travel agency. Since it is located in a commercial space, it is legally allowed and does not take away living space from Berlin residents. So you can stay here without having a bad consicous about contributing to the city's housing issues.

GARDEN
A sunny garden is at the rear of the building that you may use at any time. It is not directly adjacent to the apartment, but it can be accessed via the building’s main entrance.

Guest access
As our guest you will have the whole apartment to yourself. You won’t have to share it with anybody else. You will also have access to the sunny communal garden located at the rear of the building. You may also use the bicycle cellar to store your bike.

INTERNET
Available via wifi.

LINEN & TOWELS
Bed linen and 1 hand towel + 1 bath towel per person are included. Extra towels cost extra and need to be ordered 1 week prior to your arrival.

PARKING
Parking is marked as included, because there is free public parking on the street outside the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment is just outside the Umweltzone, so the Green Umweltzone sticker is only necessary should you want to drive into or through the city centre.
