Hi there,

My partner and I are looking for a new tenant for this cosy, fully furnished one-bedroom-apartment on behalf of our landlady as we found a new flat closer to our work places.

The apartment consists of a large living room/bed room, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a hallway. The flat is located in an ‘Altbau’ but has been renovated and is fitted with modern flooring throughout and modern bathroom appliances. It comes fully furnished from bedding, washing machine, hoover to cooking utensils (only a few items such as the microwave, toaster, mixer, the white storage unit and the microwave will move with us). So it is all set up and you don’t have to worry about gathering together all the bits and bobs one might need.

The flat is located in the Scandinavian quarter in Prenzlauer Berg and is well connected to public transport: it is only an 8-minute walk to S Bornholmer Strasse and 5 minutes to the Tram stop Björnsonstrasse. A Lidl can be reached within 5 minutes and Mauerpark, with its famous Sunday Flea market, and Schönhauser Allee are only a 15-minute walk away.

A Second-hand-Shop and nice cafes are close-by! If you have a car, there is always parking available in our street with an Anwohnerparkausweis.

Our landlady is looking for a new long-term tenant (minimum renting time one year). Applications from couples are also welcome. Please also note that this is a non-smoking apartment.

Internet can be set up according to your wishes, as we are taking our current contract with us.
