Grüne 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg

Ich gebe meine Wohnung für 2 Monate in liebevolle Hände, während ich selbst unterwegs bin. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und hat alles, was es zum Leben braucht, inkl. Balkon und Badewanne. Vor allem hat sie sehr viele Pflanzen und ich brauche jemanden, der sich gut um sie kümmert.

Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, mit Familien und älteren Damen im Haus - mir ist es deshalb wichtig, dass die Wohnung nicht als Party- und Socializing-Ort genutzt wird. Das Berliner Sozialleben findet idealerweise woanders statt :)

Minimalist, spacious and full of plants this is your place to unwind and leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind.
Light the candles, burn some incents, treat yourself to a foamy bath or roll out the yoga mat to relax.

No party place.

It's a 45m² apartment in the Northern part of Prenzlauer Berg. It allows you both to unwind or to work, whatever it is you are looking for in Berlin. The main room has a bed (140x200) and a sleeping couch, the half room has a desk and room for clothes. It's a calm place with quiet and friendly neighbors.

The rooms are facing East, so expect the sun to kiss you good morning before you set yourself up for a sunny breakfast on the balcony.

I'm inviting you into my beloved home while I'll be out of town, trusting that you will treat it with care.
Bonus for plant lovers who can take on the mission to give some love to my green babies.
