1-Zimmer Wohnung im Winsviertel

Hola lieber Mensch ✨

Ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Winsviertel an eine zuverlässige und Pflanzenliebende Person ab Ende dieses Monats (Einzugdatum ist flexibel und können wir besprechen wann es am besten passt) bis erstmal Ende Juni. Eine langfristige Untermiete wäre eventuell möglich, falls alles gut läuft und ich mich entscheide auch im Ausland zu bleiben.

Short facts zur Wohnung:
- ca. 50 qm
- Hinterhaus 1 OG (wenig Sonnenlicht/kein direkt Sonnenlicht) aber ruhig
- Flur mit Hochbett und im großen Zimmer gibts auch nochmal ein Bett
-Wlan, Waschmaschine und alles was man sonst braucht ist vorhanden
-Edeka und viele weitere Märkte in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen
-Tramstation Winsstr 1 min entfernt

Wichtig ist mir das ab und an meine Post gecheckt wird und das meine Pflanzen nicht leiden müssen 🥀🌷

I'm renting my 1-bedroom apartment in Winsviertel to a reliable and plant-loving person from the end of this month (move-in date is flexible and we can discuss when it fits best) until the end of June for now. A long-term sublet would possibly be possible if everything goes well and I decide to stay abroad as well.

Short facts about the apartment:
- approx. 50 sqm
- back building 1 floor (little sunlight/no direct sunlight) but quiet
- hallway with bunk bed and in the big room there is also another bed
-Wlan, washing machine and everything else you need is available
-Edeka and many other markets within 5 min walking distance
-streetcar station Winsstr 1 min away

Important to me is that now and then my mail is checked and that my plants do not have to suffer 🥀🌷
