I'm renting out my lovely & quiet studio in Eichborndamm 55 - 13403.
The layout consists in:
- Main room
- Balcony
- Corridor
- Toilet
- Kitchen

The balcony is facing a tranquil inner courtyard with a big green tree.

The area suits very well for those who want to have a bit more contact with nature: Flughafensee and Tegeler Forst are reachable in 15-20 minutes by bike.

There are a few restaurants / supermarkets nearby. Edeka - 7 minutes walk.

My current tenant is leaving on May 15th and I'm planning to rent the flat for a period of 3 months (initially) with high possibility of extending the contract.

I own the place and I will provide you with a legal contract that will allow you to process the Anmeldung.

I reside in Bali, Indonesia, but you'll have a person in Berlin you can reach out to in case of any inconveniences.

We are organizing the viewings on Monday and Tuesday next week.

The flat comes with all the basic furniture needed, including:
Bed, Work Desk & Chair, sofa, wardrobes.

There's a washing machine in the keller (common use) which functions with 0.50€ coins.

The documents I'd require are:
- Schufa (jetzt beantragen)
- Proof of income and work.
