Spacious, 1-room-apartment (58qm) for 6 weeks to sublet in Berlin Schöneberg

I sublet my own apartment because of working travel from the 4th of september until the 15th. So it's my personal space to spend time in, orderly and clean, but not set up as a neutral place for rentals.

The apartment is located in the center of Berlin on Potsdamerstraße, close to, among others, to the Philharmonie, the Potsdamerplatz or the park at Gleisdreieck. From here you can reach the west and east of the city very quickly by subway or bus.

The house is located directly on the busy, lively Potsdamerstrasse, but the apartment on the second floor of the side wing looks into a quiet, large, leafy courtyard. So you have everything: outside all the stores and quick access to public transport, in the apartment a perfect peace.

The apartment of 58 sqm has three rooms: a very large living room (38sqm) with high ceilings and many windows and a balcony, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and the kitchen with a gas stove with electric oven.

In the house live mostly old-established families, there is a kind of community, and great peace. This is the right place for those who want and need a lot of quiet, and who can give it to their neighbors too. So it is not a party apartment!!
