I am subletting my one-room apartment in Schöneberg from 30. March - 10. May. 650€ for April, 850€ for the full time, and 350€ deposit which I will return. I would prefer a woman to stay at my home. The area is very quiet in the evenings and during the weekends. It's complete stillness which is very rarely to find in such a central location. At the moment there is a construction next to the house which can be loud sometimes during the day.
I work mostly from home and it doesn't bother me.
