The space:
A quiet ,sunny aspect ,well equipped flat within a 60's style building, upon the 4th floor....access is via a lift ,which is situated on a halve floor ,so there are a few steps either up to my flat door or down....
the district is Schoneberg , west Berlin.
My flat is available to people whom will be registered as living in Berlin ,for rentals of 3 months or more ( due to rentals of less than 60 days now being deemed Illegal in Berlin, by the City town hall.) By Berlin city laws, you will also be required to be registered at the local government hall, as living in Berlin and sign a private tenancy agreement for the period you stay. .
The lounge, has a Bose surround sound music system, dvd player with a selection of Dvd's to watch, Apple tv, so you can connect your Ipad to the flat screen 40" television through the Wi fi which is 200Mb
The master bedroom has plenty of storage space, there is a comfortable King size bed with a duck down duvet and choice of pillows.( Extra bed linen and comforter in the wardrobe )
The 2nd bed room is 12 sqm with an English size 4"6" Double bed and plenty of storage space. ( There is a baby cott with mattress , for hygiene sake , you must provide your own bed linen etc for the Baby Cott)
The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a full size bath tub with shower overhead, plenty of towels ( also beach towels for the summer) and a Hairdryer.
This is a quiet house, neighbors are very respectful, so I offer my home to like minded people .....
The rental includes Internet connection 200mb. TV License ,services, utility , heating cost and the electricity up to the amount of 35 euro per month ( there is a limit,as there is a tumble dryer. with normal use my Electricity cost were just 25 Euro a month.)


There are two double bedrooms,( one with a Baby Cott ) a lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

I will be there to greet you, happy to help with any advice you may need during your stay. and will provide you with a contact mobile number for emergencies

There are several farmer style markets,many Restaurants ,cafes and trendy neighborhood bars.. You have a choice of 3 supermarkets within 2-5minutes walk, the larger commercial shopping street is just 10 minutes walk where you can find KarDeWe….
