All-inclusive: 1 Zimmer Wohnung / 1 room apartment in Schöneberg

Wohnung:

Es handelt sich um eine 40 m² 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin Schöneberg, nähe Akazienkiez. Sie besteht aus einem großen Zimmer, Badezimmer, Küche und einem Flur mit Abstellkammer.

Lage:

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man brauch 20 min bis nach Berlin-Mitte(Friedrichstr.), 10-15 min nach Kreuzberg(je nach dem wo man hin möchte), 8 min zum Bahnhof Zoo und 20 min zur FU.
Die nächsten U-Bahn Stationen sind Bayerischer Platz (U4/U/ 5min. zu Fuß), Eisennacherstr(U7, 5 min zu Fuß), Rathhaus Schöneberg (U4, 5 min zu Fuß). Die Station Berliner Strasse ( U7 & U9) ist auch in der Nähe.
Die S-Bahn Station Schöneberg (S1) ist 3 min mit dem Bus entfernt. Die Nächste Ringbahn Station Insbrucker Platz (S41/42) nur eine U-Bahn Station von Rathaus Schöneberg.
Außerdem gibt es viele Busverbindungen.
Es gibt viele Supermärkte (Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Schlecker), Bäcker, Apotheke in der Nähe. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Cafes und auch einige Bars im in der Nähe. Es sind nur 3 min zu Fuß bis zur Akazienstr.
Es gibt 2 Parks nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der eine ist richtig groß und eignet sich ideal fürs joggen oder sonnen. Außerdem befindet sich ein Hallenbad in der Nähe.

Zimmer:

Im Zimmer gibt es ein großes Bett (2m x 1,4m), einen Schreibtisch, einen Kleiderschrank, ein Regal, eine Kommode, einen Schreibtischschrank einen Tisch mit 3 Stühlen und einen Sessel. Außerdem gibt es ein Schlaf-Sofa, das ausgeklappt werden kann, wenn mal jemand zu Besuch ist. Der Monitor und der Drucker kann nach Absprache benutzt werden. Die Boxen können an euer Notebook angeschlossen werden.

Badezimmer:

Das Bad ist gefliest und hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, 2 Schränke und ein Regal. Natürlich können Handtücher benutzt werden.
Küche:
Es gibt Regale und 2 Küchenschränke und eine Spüle. Folgende elektrische Geräte sind vorhanden: Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Mixer. Selbstverständlich gibt es ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen.

Flur:

Im Flur befinden sich ein Schuhschrank, ein Spiegel sowie eine kleine Abstellkammer.

Miete:

Die All-inclusive Miete beträgt 439 € und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom und Heizkosten). Es gibt WLAN und ihr bekommt 2 Schlüssel. Außerdem muss eine Monatsmietekaution gezahlt werden, die es nach der Übergabe natürlich wieder gibt.

Apartment:

It is a nice 40 square meters 1 room apartment in Berlin Schöneberg, very close to the area around Akazienstr and the HWR Berlin. The apartment contains of a big living room, a bathroom with bathtub, a kitchen and a hall with a storeroom.

Location:

The apartment is located very central. It is about 20 min to Berlin-Mitte(Friedrichstr), 10-15 to Kreuzberg, 8 min to Zoologischer Garten and 20 min to Free University Berlin. The apartment is very suitable for FU, HWR or TU students.
The next metro stations are Bayerischer Platz (U4/U7/ 5min walking distance), Eisennacherstr. (U7, 5minwalking distance), Rathhaus Schöneberg (U4, 5min walking distance). The metro station Berliner Strasse ( U7 & U9) is also nearby.
The next city train(S-Bahn) station is Schöneberg (S1), whcich is 3 min by bus. Another S-Bahn station Insbrucker Platz (S41/42) is also very close by.
In addition there are several buses going.
It is a quite convenient neighbourhood, there are several supermarkets, baceries and a pharmacy closeby. Furthermore there are many restaurants, coffeeshops and a few bars in the area.
There are also 2 parks, one of them is very big and good for running and tanning. There is also a swimming pool nearby.

The room:

There are a big bed (2m x 1,4m), a desk, a wardrope, a shelf, a dresser, a desk drawer, a table with 3 chairs and an armchair. Furthermore, there is a collapsible sleeping-sofa, where visitors can sleep on. The monitor and the printer can be used upon consultation.

Bathroom:

The bathroom floor is tiled and there is a bathtub with a shower. There is also a washing machine, 2 cupboards and a shelf.

Kitchen:

In the kitchen are 2 cupboards and 2 shelfs and a sink unit. The following electrical appliances are there and can be used: Fridge with a freezer, electric stove, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine, water boiler, and blender. Of course there is enough tableware, pots and pans.

Hall:

In the hall there is a shoe cabinet, a mirror and a storeroom.

Rent:

The rent is 439 € including water, electricity and heating. Wifi can be used as well. You will get 2 sets of keys. There is also a 1 month deposit, which you will get back when you move out.
