Atomstromfreie 1 Zi-W. 33qm zw. Akazienkiez u. Winterfeldplatz

Hallo Wohnungssucher!

Ich möchte meine sehr charmante Wohnung zwischenvermieten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist richtig prima: Südlich der Akazienkiez ( 5-Gehminuten), nördlich direkt der Winterfeldmarkt (auch 5-Gehminuten). Man ist also mittendrin, es gibt viele Geschäfte, Cafes, Weinhandlungen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Öffentlichen sind auch gut zu erreichen. Die U7 (Eisenacher Straße) ist 6 Minuten entfernt. Am Winterfeldplatz fährt die Linie 204 Richtung Bahnhof Zoo und Südkreuz.

Zur Wohnung sagen die Bilder wahrscheinlich mehr als viele Worte. Wenn Ihr Interesse habt, so kommt Sie euch einfach ansehen. Meiner Meinung wirken die 33qm recht groß, da Küche und Zimmer nicht nebeneinander, sondern diagonal gegenüber liegen, so entsteht der Eindruck eines größeren Raums.

Das Zimmer geht zum Innenhof. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt auch keine lärmenden Nachbarn. Die Küche zeigt ebenso zum Hof.

Schlafen kann man auf dem Hochbett (auf 1x2m Futon), oder auf dem ausklappbaren Schlafsofa (1,4x2m).

DSL(16000)- u. Telefon-Flat sind vorhanden und können genutzt werden.

Tiere sind in der Wohnung nicht gewünscht. Das Rauchen ist auch nicht erlaubt.

Zur Info: Die Miete beträgt 405€/Monat.

Hi Guys,
I have a very charming apartment which I want to rent out to somebody while I am out of town. The apartment is quite nice situated between the nice areas Akazienkiez and Winterfeldmarkt, a five minute walk to both of them. Here you will find lots of coffee houses, restaurants, bars and small shops. But even out of the door a few noice place are around.
Public transportation is also very close by. The U-Bahn station Eisenacher Straße (U7) is a 6 minute walk away and the bus stop (line 204, going to Bahnhof Südkreuz and Bahnhof Zoo) is less than 5 minutes away. A supermarket including bakery is right around the corner.

Coming to the apartment itself the pictures probably tell you more than plenty of words. If you are interested, just come over and have a look at it. All rooms are facing backyards, so it is very quit. There are also no noisy neighbors.

You can either sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (1.4x2m) or on the loft bed. The futon on the loft bed is 1x2m big.

Internet (via WiFi or cable) and telephone flat rate is available. DSL speed is about 16k.

Sorry, but animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

For clarification: the rent is 405€/month.
