Wohnung/appartment Nollendorfplatz nur Studenten/ students only

Hallo alle,

die Wohnung liegt in in Schöneberg, direkt am Nollendorfplatz und ist frisch renoviert. Wohnfläche ca. 23m², mit Faucet und voll eingerichtet ( Stereo-Anlage, Instrumente, Möbel, etc. ). Küche, Dusche, Waschmaschine und Toilette ebenfalls alles frisch renoviert, werden aber gemeinschaftlich genutzt.

Der Zeitraum für die Untermiete wäre Anfang März bis Mitte April, womöglich etwas länger, das ganze wird nochmal nach Absprache geklärt. Das Mietobjekt kann nur an Studenten öffentlicher/privater Universitäten untergemietet werden, bei Interesse bitte mich via Handy/Email kontaktieren, ein gemeinsames Treffen ist Voraussetzung für eine Untermiete.

Die Kaution beinhaltet Kosten für eine womögliche Neuanschaffung von Matratze/Bettwäsche, je nach Zustand bei meiner Rückkehr.

the flat is located in Schöneberg district, close to Nollendorfplatz. It is fully furnished ( inluding stereo, instruments, furniture etc. ) and completely renovated. The flat is roundabout 23 m² in size, the kitchen, laundry, shower and toilet are common rooms and shared with others.

Ill sublet the room from beginning of march til mid april, maybe longer. It´s only eligible for students enrolled in public/private universities. If you re interested, please contact me via mobile/email, a meetup is necessary for a possible sublet. The deposit includes costs for a new mattress/bed linen in case a new one has to be bought, depending on the condition of it after my return.
