Da ich Berlin für 12 Monate verlasse, suche ich einen Untermieter für meine 1-Z-W. Die Wohnung ist hell, angenehm und möbiliert, nach Osten und zu einem ruhigen Hinterhof gerichtet.
Die Wohnung liegt am Nollendorfplatz, im 4. Stock mit Aufzug. Die Nachbarn und die Hausverwaltung sind nett, das Haus ist ruhig und die Wohnung ist vormittags sonnig.
Ideal für eine Person oder ein Paar.
Die Wohnung besteht aus:
-Flur, Abstellkammer
-Zimmer: Doppelbett mit Nachttisch, Büro mit Stuhl, zwei große Bücherregale und ein Kleines, ausziehbare Couch, 2 Fernseher, Kaffeetisch, Esstisch und 4 Stühle+Hocker
-Bad: Badewanne, undurchsichtiges Fenster, großer Spiegel, Schrank
-Küche: Kühlschrank (+geräumiges Gefrierfach), Herd+Backofen, Waschmaschine, zwei Schränke, ein Regal
-Balkon: sonnig vormittags, mit Tisch und 2 Stühle
Gesperrter Hinterhof mit Anschließmöglichkeiten für Fahrrad.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.

As I am leaving Berlin for 12 months, I am looking for a subtennant to take over my flat during that time. It is a cosy, sunny and furnished flat. It is oriented eastwards, facing a quiet back yard.
The flat is located very close to Nollendorfplatz, on the 4th floor, with elevator. The neighbors and the house management are friendly, the building is quiet and the flat sunny in the morning.
Ideal for one person or a couple.
The flat consists of:
-Entrance hall, storage room
-Room: double bed with night stand, desk with chair, two large bookcases and a small one, extensible couch, bookshelf, 2 TVs, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs+stool
-Bathroom: bath tub, opaque window, large mirror
-Kitchen: fridge (with freezer), stove+oven, washing machine, two cabinets and a rack
-Balcony: sunny in the morning, with a table and two chairs
Locked back yard with bike rack.
Pets are unfortunately not permitted.
Strictly non-smoking apartment.
Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe vom U-Bhf Nollendorfplatz. Die Innenstadt (Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamer Platz, Hauptbahnhof, Alexanderplatz, Zoologischer Garten) ist einfach und in Kürze mit den U-Bahn- und Buslinien zu erreichen.
