Hello!
I rent my furnished Altbauwohnung 1rooms, kitchen, shower bathroom with large balcony 42sqm 3rd floor in Berlin-Schöneberg, because I go time abroad for a year. The apartment is located in a very nice Berlin neighborhood called Schöneberg with super transport links as Ringbahn, S1 S41 S42 S45 S46 Metro Station Innsbrucker Platz, Bus M46 104 248 flying to Tegel and Schönefeld Airport, as well as A100 motorway ring road. It's also the web directly to Potsdam-Babelsberg.
The apartment is rented furnished from 10.10 and has a monthly rent of 760 € including all costs (kabel-tv, internet, electricity, gas, GEZ, water). In the apartment there are 2LCD TV (kitchen & living room) a BlueRay player, Siemens washing machine, dishwasher and fridge, various kitchen appliances (mixer, milk frother, 'Dolce Gusto' coffee maker, toaster, kettle, Siemens vacuum cleaner and a ceramic cooker with oven) and a BBQ grill on the balcony. The room and the hallway have laminate flooring, the bathroom was newly tiled last year and is located in the kitchen and new linoleum flooring in tile look. In the hallway there is a large built-in wardrobe is with plenty of storage space! Shopping opportunities are within walking all within a few minutes (LIDL 365tage open), late purchases and bars to satisfy near. In early September a new sink is installed and create more storage space in the kitchen! If necessary, also some of the furniture which are not required something tucked in my basement to create their own space.
