Hello, i am offering this 1 room apartment with mezzanine/hochbett. I live together with my partner and we want to move to a slightly larger place, so we are looking for places with at least 2 rooms.

About the flat:
It is located in the innerhof, and so it is very quiet. It’s on the second floor and the neighbours are very nice. There is a U7 (Eisenacherstr.) station right outside the building and many different restaurants, bars and coffe shops nearby. Nollendorfplatz is about 20 min by foot and same for Schöneberg Volkspark. The location is pretty great.
The apartment came mostly furnished apart for some stuff that we got after we moved but we would be willing to negotiate leaving some of them for the next person. Our contract is until July then there is the possibility of taking over the contract.

What we are looking for:
Apartment with at least 2 rooms, not very strict about location so we are happy to check out different neighborhoods. Balcony and bathroom with bathtub are a big plus.
