I am going travelling (mostly to the UK) so I am renting out my apartment while I am away. I put the start date for 1st april, but you can move in before or later if you need.
The apartment is 49 squared metres and in a building and area that is mostly fully of old people. The disadvantage is that the neighbours are very boring but the advantage is that they are usually quite quiet.
The apartment has a small bedroom and a big lounge which is perfect for a couple. I usually sleep in the lounge so the bed is there but you can move the bed to the bedroom if you prefer. It comes furnished with bed, sofa, desk and wardrobe. In the kitchen are also all the cooking appliances and cutlery
The €675 price includes the rent, bills, electricity, heating and the internet. Kaution (deposit) is not needed.
I am not sure exactly when I come back to the apartment so it may be possible to stay longer than until December

136 and 236 bus from the apartment to Rathaus-Spandau. The Bus stop is about 2minutes walk away and the bus takes you to Rathaus-Spandau.
Also the 139 to Haselhorst U-Bahn
The place is in Spandau (13587). This is on the edge of the city which is a problem as it takes longer to get to the centre. For example to get to Mitte, you first take the bus to Rathaus-Spandau (about 12mins) then the S-Bahn to Mitte (about 20mins). In total it can take 45mins to get from the apartment to the centre.
So this is the disadvantage but there is one big advantage: NATURE!!!!
There is a big forest nearby (in walking distance) as well as a sandy beach and open grassland about 15mins cycling away. This is why i came to this area as its very relaxing.
So the place has advantages and disadvantage.
