Anmeldung possible + a beautiful chic apartment = Steal deal

I'll be subletting my beautiful apartment which has plenty of sunlight coming in & it can't be anything better to survive the winter months & soak in some sun. The dates from 26th October 2023(Negotiable) to 29th Feb 2024(SHORT TERM) with a possibility of extension. Anmeldung may be possible after 3 months or for one person or if extension is made for longer period can't guarantee. This is up for negotiation in the discussions. I would prefer if the candidate applying for the house is already here in Berlin if not it can be discussed. To be noted that the apartment is to be rented for the entire mentioned period, i.e. from 5th October 2023 to 31st January 2024 initially. The price includes Heating, Water, Electricity, High Speed Internet, Radio bills, building maintenance cost & other miscellaneous costs. The apartment is on the 4th floor & comes with a fancy glass view elevator. The house is super nice & big with two different Balconies having two different gorgeous view. You'll find a very nice BIG bed with a headboard & super comfy Spring Mattress. There is a nice workstation with an extra Monitor, A dinner table and you'll also find a big & comfy L-shaped sofa facing the Balcony for a nice view. A nice hallway where you can put your shoes & Rack for coats. Big 3 door Closet for your clothes.The apartment was recently modernised & comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a fancy cook top, oven, double door refrigerator, Miele washing machine, microwave etc. Has plenty of space for your own groceries & supplies. The cabinets are fitted with fancy lights. You'll find all the cooking pots, pan, salad bowl, Plates, Cups & cutleries you may need & many more. The entire house is very Bright & ventilated which is super necessary to enjoy winters and spring in Berlin. The kitchen has a nice view from the window & so does the bathroom. There is a Bathtub in the Bathroom(Yay!). On the whole a steal deal ;)If you have read the complete message then you will include "OMEGA" in your first sentence ;) This way I know how much you respect my time. This is ideal for singles or couples that want to enjoy this serene neighbourhood with lot of parks & restaurant nearby.

Transportation is a throw away. I'm looking for someone that's responsible, hygienic & not a party parrot that respects neighbour's privacy. If you are interested in my apartment please write a few lines about your self & we can arrange the viewing. It's possible to arrange in-person viewing only on certain days. Online viewing is always possible.
