Cute, calm furnished apartment not far from Tegeler See and shopping mall Hallen Am Borsigturm, at a 5 min walk from underground U6.
The space:
This is a small one-room apartment in a typical Berlin ''Altbau''. The living room includes a couch that can also be used as a bed, and a loft bed. The kitchen is tiny but you'll find all what you need. In fact the appartment itself is tiny, but it is nice and sunny, and the space is used in a very optimal way. Shopping opportunities and the center of Tegel are within walking distance.
Please note that the electricity is not included in the price. You'll have to pay it at its usual rate (it should be around 0.3 euro/KWH)
DSL internet is included in the price, as soon as it is repaired ! I hope this will be done by the time you move in. If it is not the case, there is a temporary solution: the wifi hotspot of Deutsche Telekom, which will also be included in the price.
