PLEASE READ THE SECTION IMPORTANT! Fully furnished 1.5 Room Studio Apartment in Tempelhof!

Hi,

I am moving out of my 1.5-room studio apartment in Berlin and I'm looking for the next tenant to take over and introduce to the landlord.

IDEAL CANDIDATES
- The apartment is ideal for one person who is moving to Berlin and needs a hassle-free life. Couples can also be considered, although singles are preferred.
- Long-term rentals.
- No parties during the late hours. Non-smokers preferred.
- Of course, ANMELDUNG will be taken care of for up to 2 people :)
- No pets, unfortunately :(
- No renting with friends but couples can be considered.

APARTMENT DETAILS
- It is located on the 5th floor in an old building and it is FULLY FURNISHED.
- 50 sq.m area including a balcony. Provides a great amount of sunlight.
- Even includes a dishwasher, Smart TV, cloth Dryer, vacuum cleaner, wardrobes, tables, and chairs. Basically, you just need to move in with your clothes :)
- It's a 4 min walk from U bahn station Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße (Tempelhof). It would take you only less than 30 minutes to reach Berlin Central Station :)
- The rent is 1000€ per month. This is the final rent you pay including electricity, internet, heating and radio bill.
- Supermartkets, restaurants, local markets, banks, hospitals, bars are in walking distance (300-500m) from the apartment.
- There is also an elevator until the 4th floor.

IMPORTANT
- I would not respond to messages which do not answer questions in the section QUESTIONS FOR YOU. This is for me to filter out only serious candidates and introduce them to the owner as the contract is given directly by the owner of the apartment. Also, please do not apply if you are not the person who is going to live here.
- Available from June 15th, 2023.
- Visiting appointments will be made available between May 24, 2023 to May 28th, 2023.

- Do you have positive SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) ?
- Are you looking for something long-term?
- Do you have a valid residence permit in Germany?
- Are you available for a visit during the specified time above?
